Hey people, I am still around and will resume the blog posting soon. In the meantime, do check out these wonderful articles on a new health concept called as core training and suspension training. Both core and suspension training have the same foci – using your own body weight as your primary weight lifting tool; and focusing strongly on your core as the source and centre of all your strength (your core is your abdominal strap, which encompasses your abs, your “love handles” area, all the way around to your lower back)
